<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a high-quality and low-cost seamless belt having a thermoplastic resin as main component. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: a first step of disposing a first cylinder and a second cylinder so that end parts of the first cylinder and the second cylinder facing each other have a space and extruding a melt to the space from an annular die; a second step of holding the melt extruded to the space, between the end parts of the first and second cylinders facing each other; a third step of forming the cylindrical layer of the melt, by making the first and second cylinders and the annular die move in an axial direction, in a state of holding the melt between the ends to apply the melt to the inner wall of the first or second cylinder; a fourth step of pressing the cylindrical layer against the inner wall of the first or second cylinder by using a pressing member; and a fifth step of making the cylindrical layer solidify. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
