<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mirror circuit that operates with a low voltage and prevents deterioration in current ratio due to early effects. <P>SOLUTION: The bases of NPN type first and second transistors 1 and 2, the collector of a first transistor 1, and the gate of a third transistor 3 as a depression type N channel MOS transistor are connected to each other, and connected to a constant current source 4. The emitters of the first and second transistors 1 and 2 are connected to the ground, and the collector of the second transistor 2 is connected to the source of the third transistor 3 so as to be output to the drain of the third transistor 3.
