DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR ESTIMATING DISASTER AFFECTED AREA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an estimation of a damage range and the enlarged prediction of the following disaster affected area by using information collectable at a job site.

SOLUTION: A disaster affected area estimation device 10 estimates a disaster affected area when a disaster occurs. The device includes: a memory 21 for storing exposure arithmetic formula expressing the amounts of exposure as an integrated value with respect to the time of the concentration of materials at a certain time and a certain location by using the degree of diffusion and flow rate of materials; an information acquisition unit 22 for acquiring the location information of a disaster victim at a prescribed time as input information; and an arithmetic unit 23 for calculating the threshold of the amounts of exposure by giving the location information of each disaster victim at a prescribed time to the exposure arithmetic formula, and for specifying the disaster affected area at the prescribed time based on exposure arithmetic formula when the threshold is obtained.
