<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface mounted connector and a mounting method thereof capable of carrying out superb soldering by dropping off dirt, an oxide film or the like, without jeopardizing productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The surface mounted connector 100, soldering a contact part 23 of a terminal 17 led out from a connector housing 11 to a pad 27 provided on a mounting face of a substrate 15, is made provided with at least a pair of assembling pins 31 hung from an underside of the connector housing 11 with locking protrusions, assembling holes 29 bored on a substrate 15 in the shape of a pair of parallel long holes corresponding to the pair of assembling pins 31 each with an insertion part for accepting insertion of each locking protrusion at one end in a length direction and a locking part formed at the other end for locking of the locking protrusion, and a pad 27 in contact with the contact part 23 at a position where the assembling pins 31 are inserted into the insertion parts of the assembling holes 29 and extended in a movement direction where the assembling pins 31 are moved to the locking part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
