PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging system for immediately confirming failure in a cardiographic waveform and respiration by issuing sound in synchronization with the cardiographic waveform and respiration data. SOLUTION: The radiographic imaging system includes: an imaging part for irradiating a subject with radiation, detecting the radiation passed through the subject, and collecting projection data; a detecting part for detecting biological information which comes from the subject and changes periodically; a scan control part for controlling the imaging part in synchronization with the biological information from the detecting part; an image processing part for processing the projection data collected by the imaging part; and a sound issuing part for issuing the sound in synchronization with the biological information from the detecting part.
