PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum interference device capable of improving the use efficiency of laser power by raising the occurrence efficiency of an EIT phenomenon in alkali metal atoms, and to provide an atomic oscillator and a magnetic sensor. SOLUTION: A light source 10 generates a plurality of first and second resonant lights different from each other in frequency byΔω, and a light detection means 40 detects intensities of lights including the first and second resonant lights having passed through the alkali metal atoms to which a magnetic field is applied by a magnetic field generation means 30. A control means 50 controls so that the frequency difference of a prescribed pair of the first and second resonant lights is equal to a frequency difference equivalent to an energy difference between two ground levels of the alkali metal atom on the basis of the detection result of the light detection means, and at least one of 2×δ×n=ΔωandΔω×n=2×δ(n is a positive integer) is satisfied with respect to a frequencyδequivalent to an energy difference between two Zeeman split levels different from each other in magnetic quantum number by one generated in each of the two ground levels of the alkali metal atom.
