PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device for easily contributing a photographed image to a photo contribution site. SOLUTION: The image pickup device 100 has: an image pickup processing part 103 for picking up an image of a subject and outputting it as image data; a memory card 107 to be a storage part for storing the image data photographed by the image pickup processing part 103; a database 108 for storing information in a network storage 200 for accumulating image data and a photo contribution site 300 where the image data are contributed; a communication interface part 111 to be connected to a network 500; and a processing part 104 which is connected to the network 500 to accumulate image data stored to the memory card 107 and temporarily contributes the image data accumulated in the network storage 200 to the picture contribution site 300 on the basis of the database 108 when the communication interface part 111 is connectable to the network 500.
