According to the invention, the stator is formed by at least two mechanically and electrically independent stator modules (100) that co-operate respectively with the rotor, each of the stator modules respectively comprising at least one module-inherent magnet (130), and at least one coil (140) through which at least part of the magnetic flux of the magnet flows, and each of the stator modules forms a module-inherent magnet circuit (120) with the rotor.
