The device has an upper circular segment (1) and a lower circular segment (2) provided with different radius and radian measure with a common middle point, where flection and extension of the device are limited to 30 degree. The upper and lower circular segments are connected perpendicular to each other and orthogonal to each other using connection parts (3) such that the upper circular segment together with the connection parts is moved on the lower circular segment in a longitudinal direction. The upper circular segment is fixed at arbitrary positions using fixing or clamping elements.
