<p>The foldable bike has frame pipes (1,2), where one pipe carries a pin (3). A spring element is arranged in the pin. The spring element is assigned to a locking element moving relative to the pin. The locking element is moved between a locking position and a releasing position. The spring element is an active spring pre-stressing in radial direction of the pin.
