A shuttle (33) is contained in the housing (31) so as to be able to reciprocate in the axial direction, and the shuttle (33) is provided with a pressure receiving head section (33a) which forms a pressure chamber (47) having a cross-sectional area greater than the cross-sectional area of the air flow path formed between the valve element (34) and the valve seat (35).
