PURPOSE: A producing method of saccharified porridge is provided to prevent the porridge from being easily overcooked, and to offer the sweet taste without adding sugar contents. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of saccharified porridge comprises the following steps: adding a malt extract, an amylase solution, or their mixture to starch; heating the obtained mixture for gelatinizing, liquidizing, and saccharifying the starch to obtain saccharified liquid; heating the saccharified liquid for stopping the saccharification, and sterilizing the liquid; and adding fruits, vegetables, meats, cordyceps, medical herbs, or seafood into the liquid, before heating again.
