PURPOSE: A method for measuring proteinase activity using an oligonucleotide complex peptide is provided to develop medicinal products. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide complex peptide for measuring proteinase activity comprises an oligonucleotide which is conjugated with a substrate peptide of the proteinase. The oligonucleotide is DNA, RNA, or DNA/RNA. The substrate peptide of the proteinase is fixed to the solid support. A method for measuring the proteinase activity comprises: a step of treating proteinase to the oligonucleotide complex peptide to cleave a substrate peptide of the proteinase; and a step of amplifying the oligonucleotide fragment and measuring the proteinase activity.
