PURPOSE: Ice cream containing medical herb extracts and green vegetable juice is provided to use an aged solution of the medical herb extracts and the green vegetable juice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ice cream containing medical herb extracts and green vegetable juice comprises the following steps: preparing juice of garlic and onion; preparing juice of aloe and blueberry; preparing dried animal intestines; cutting plantago asiatica leaf, cudrania tricuspidata leaf, polygonum multiflorum leaf, acanthopanax sessiliflorus leaf, and cirsium japonicum leaf with scissors; inserting the cut leaves and the prepared juice into mineral water, and aging; and producing the ice cream with the aged solution.
