<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeating device and a repeating method capable of relaying without a delay time exceeding an allowable delay time. <P>SOLUTION: A repeating device includes: a write address generating means for generating a write address in which subsequently received data are stored; a mark adding means for adding a first mark to the data received at predetermined time-interval timing as a mark, and a second mark to the data received at a time other than the predetermined time-interval timing as a mark; a data memory for storing the data added with the mark by the mark adding means to the write address; an address memory for storing the value of the address to which the data added by the first mark as the mark by the mark adding means are added; and a counter for measuring the time since the value of the address is stored in the address memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
