<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a sound transducer, preferably a microphone or a loud speaker. <P>SOLUTION: A deep drawn diaphragm is provided, made of a cast polyarylate film containing at least a polyarylate (PAR) having a structural unit of formula (I): where each of R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>, independently of the others, is hydrogen, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, or halogen, and each of R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>independently of the other, is 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, hydrogen, phenyl, or halogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
