PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor facilitating the grasp of a position of the blade during observation in a jet engine, and a program. SOLUTION: A CPU 34c extracts a template image from a blade image constituting an animation image obtained by imaging the blade periodically arranged in the jet engine to compare it with the blade image. Furthermore, the CPU 34c selects a part of the blade image from the blade image on the basis of the comparison result of the images.
