PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and camera capable of reducing the collapse thickness during collapsing in a constitution, having an evacuation optical system, and to provide a blurring correction optical system. SOLUTION: This lens barrel (2) includes fixed optical systems (L1 and L4) whose positions to the optical axis are fixed, the blurring correction optical system (L2) supported movably in the surface orthogonal to the optical axis, and the evacuation optical system (L3) movably supported between usage position arranged on the optical axis and a storage position evacuated from the optical axis.
