PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in a control application to be used for an information control system which monitors and controls facilities. SOLUTION: A facility data management apparatus stores information of correspondence between facility data and an attribute of an object. An attribute corresponding to facility data received from a facility is defined as attribute information of an internal object, and an attribute included in an attribute information-setting request that a control application outputs is defined as attribute information of a disclosed object. In response to the attribute information-setting request from the control application, disclosed attribute information is updated and on the basis of the disclosed attribute information, facility data-setting information is transmitted to the facility. The disclosed attribute information updated is copied to attribute information of a corresponding internal object and on the basis of facility data received from a facility, internal attribute information is updated. The internal attribute information thus updated is copied to corresponding disclosed attribute information and in response to an attribute information acquisition request, the disclosed attribute information is input to the control application.
