CONTROL DEVICE HAVING TERMINAL MEMBER FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CONNECTION AND SOLDERING METHOD OF LEAD TERMINAL TO PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preheat a base end side of a lead terminal without using unnecessary devices such as a preheater and the like, thereby improving the finish of soldering extended to a surface opposite to a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A control device includes a bus bar 20 for connecting the printed circuit board having the lead terminal 21 which is soldered to a through-hole 11 by allowing the lead terminal to be inserted and penetrated from a side of a first surface 10a through that of a second surface 10b of the printed circuit board in the through-hole 11 of the printed circuit board 10 and by allowing melted solder H to be supplied to the side of the second surface of the printed circuit board under the condition. In the control device, there is disposed a preheating piece 22 as a route branched from the base side of the lead terminal 21. The preheating piece 22 is protruded to the second surface side of the printed circuit board 10 via a through-hole 12 of the printed circuit board 10 when the lead terminal 21 is inserted in the through-hole 11. This results in absorbing the heat by allowing the preheating piece 22 to be exposed to the heat of the melted solder H supplied to the lead terminal 21 and thus achieving a function of transmitting the heat to the base side of the lead terminal 21.
