PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a fuse circuit to reconfigure an internal circuit, and preventing an erroneous operation of the fuse circuit caused by scattering of a fuse material. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a plurality of fuse circuits connected in parallel between a first supply voltage line and a second supply voltage line and each having a fuse 10 and a latch circuit 32 connected in series to one terminal of the fuse 10 and outputting a voltage according to the conductive state of the fuse 10. The fuse circuits are arranged with the fuses 10 staggeredly disposed, and the first-supply-voltage-line side terminals and the second-supply-voltage-line side terminals of the adjoining fuses 10 are arranged to face each other in the reverse directions.
