PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample table, a sample holder and a sample stage for microscope by which an expanded image can be displayed by fixing and making immovable a sample table on which a sample is fixed, by a simple work. SOLUTION: The sample table, sample holder and sample stage for microscope are constructed of a sample table in which at least two holes for holding by a pair of tweezers are installed on the side face, a sample holder which has a hole to insert a sample table, a cut surface, a spring, and two holes on the side face, and a sample stage which has a hole to insert the sample holder, a cut surface, and a spring.
