PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a threshold voltage of migrating particles higher than when a first particle among the migrating particles does not have its surface coated with a curvature adjusting part and a crosslinking agent is not contained either which can couple a plurality of migrating particles with a reversible crosslinking structure. SOLUTION: Migrating particle dispersion liquid includes: the plurality of migrating particles 1a such that the first particle 2B has its surface coated with the curvature adjusting part comprised of an curvature adjusting material 4a and a curvature of a surface of the curvature adjusting part is larger than that of a first particle 2B which does not include a curvature adjusting part; the crosslinking agent 6 capable of coupling the plurality of migrating particles 1a with the reversible crosslinking structure; and a dispersion medium in which the migrating particles 1a and crosslinking agent 6 are dispersed.
