PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light fixing toner fixed by light irradiation without containing an infrared absorber, and a single-component developer and a two-component developer containing the light fixing toner. SOLUTION: An infrared-absorber-free light fixing toner includes toner base particles containing a binder resin and a colorant and having a shape factor SF-2 of 105-115, and external additives where a relative refractive index n<SB>2</SB>/n<SB>1</SB>is 0.85-1.10.
