The flashing device for tunnel advertising according to the present invention comprises an elongated main body which has a front portion with a light emitting opening, and slide grooves formed in a lengthwise direction at the respective upper and lower ends of the opening, wherein an illuminating module, a control panel, and a protective transparent plate may be slideably inserted into the slide grooves of the main body. Advantages of the flashing device of the present invention include an attachable / detachable cover which is opened for replacing the illuminating module in a sliding manner, and a versatile mounting member which allows stable installation onto the surface of virtually any part of a tunnel's inner wall and in any direction the flashing is desired, which allows replacement of the illuminating module and the control panel in an easy and rapid manner.
