A massage machine (10) includes a sitting section (12) and a backrest section (13), and a massage mechanism (20) including a treatment element (21) is provided within the backrest section. The treatment element (21) is connected to an arm (22) of the massage mechanism and includes a heat transfer section (23) in which a heat source (30) is contained and which is able to transfer to the user the heat transferred from the heat source. A massage ball (24) is supported by the arm (22) with the heat transfer section (23) interposed therebetween.
