The device (1) has a base frame (2) extending into a longitudinal direction (L) and a width direction (B) and including a coupling unit (4) for coupling the device and a vehicle. A hose pipe lifting device (6) partially spaces a hose pipe with respect to ground, and a guiding element (8) guides the hose pipe. The hose pipe lifting device is arranged eccentric to the base frame in the width direction. The guiding element is formed as a deflecting section for deflecting the hose pipe, in order to transfer the hose pipe from feed orientation into deposit orientation.
