Disclosed is a medicinal solution injection device (10) provided with: a compound needle (12) for injection of a medicinal solution, said needle having a needle base (12c), an injection needle (12d), and an adjustment needle (12e); a pressure-generation unit (13) that sends a compressed gas; a measurement unit (14) that measures the fill level and fill rate of the medicinal solution by measuring the position of a gasket (17a) in a syringe (17); and a control unit (15) that controls the pressure-generation unit (13) and the measurement unit (14). The compressed gas is introduced into a vial (16) from the tip (12h) of the adjustment needle (12e), which is disposed above the surface (16a) of the medicinal solution (outside the solution) in the vial (16), thereby pushing the surface (16a) of the medicinal solution down and injecting the medicinal solution (16b) into the syringe (17) via the tip (12i) of the injection needle (12d), which is in the medicinal solution (16b). The disclosed medicinal solution injection device (10) can accurately and efficiently inject a medicinal solution from a vial (16) into a syringe (17) while minimizing bubbles in the medicinal solution (16b).
