PURPOSE: A micro porous ceramics is provided to form a cavity in order to obtain porous silicon carbide by adding a resin to silicon carbide powder and completely sintering the resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin is added to silicon carbide powder. A solvent is mixed to cover the surface of the silicon carbide using the resin. The solvent is mixed until the solvent is completely volatized. The mixture is heated at low temperature to form the mixture into a solid shape. Heat at the melting point of the silicon carbide is applied to the solid shaped mixture in order to sinter the silicon carbide into ceramics. The resin is completely combusted, and a cavity is obtained.
