<p>The present invention relates to emulsions comprising a (1?3)-ß-D-glucan, a cationic emulsifier and a bituminous binder having a low penetration. The emulsion is storage stable whilst fast breaking, even under unfavourable environmental conditions such as high humidity and low temperature.
