<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an optical sheet wherein there is found no distortion nor damage by bowing and deformation in a molded article. <P>SOLUTION: In an apparatus 1 for manufacturing an optical sheet for manufacturing continuously by injection molding process an optical sheet having a fine convex-concave shape on both the surfaces which is used in controlling a lighting flow, there are equipped with an injection-molding die 10 for discharging a heat-molten resin W into a sheet shape by injecting molding and a convex-concave molding part 30 for molding the fine convex-concave shape on both the surfaces by inserting the resin W having a sheet shape, and further equipped, between the injection molding die 10 and the convex-concave molding part 30, with an area 50 for reducing an inner modulus through which the resin W having a sheet shape injected from the injection molding die 10 is passed at a pre-determine period and still equipped with an outer part heating means (heating means) 51 for heating the area 50 for reducing inner modulus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
