<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which the seller of a house can provide instruction manuals with respect to many articles constituting the house to a purchaser in block. <P>SOLUTION: Information related with the use and handling of articles constituting a house is written in an electronic medium available by a personal computer. The recorded information includes table of contents, and it is possible to call necessary information by using the table of contents. Also, it is possible to include a protocol necessary for the purchaser or matters to be attended to.
