<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store a certificate as evidence. <P>SOLUTION: A certificate decision device 1 includes: an image acquisition means 11 for storing image data 21a of a certificate of a person to be authenticated captured by an image capturing device 2, in an image temporary data storage part 21; a character recognition means 12 for detecting characters included in the image data 21a and storing the detected character data 22a in a character recognition data storage part 22; a decision means 13 for deciding whether item names of items required for authenticating the person to be authenticated are included in the character data 22a, and determining whether the image data 21a are to be stored based on the decided result; and an acknowledgement means 15 which when the storage of the image data 21a is determined by the decision means 13, stores the image data 21a in an image data storage part 23 and notifies the person to be authenticated that the image data 21a of the certificate has been stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
