<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polymer sheet for inner liner by which an air-in phenomenon is not caused between an inner liner and an insulation rubber or a carcass rubber and the adhesion between the inner liner and bladder can be prevented, and to provide a method of manufacturing pneumatic tire. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing polymer sheet for inner liner includes: a process of preparing an unvulcanized polymer sheet made of a polymer mixture comprising 99 to 60 mass% of a styrene-isobutylene-styrene triblock copolymer and 1 to 40 mass% of a polyamide-based polymer which contains polyamide in the molecular chain and has a shore D hardness of≤70; and at least either process of a process of coating one surface of the unvulcanized polymer sheet with a water-soluble paint by two to five times and a process of applying a releasing rubber in a thickness of 0.001 mm to 0.1 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
