<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously control a primary side of a linear motor driving a mobile body while continuously monitoring the position of the mobile body. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile body system includes: a plurality of mobile bodies each including a secondary side member of the linear motor; and a plurality of primary side members of the linear motor provided at a pitch not more than a length of the secondary side member along a moving route of the mobile bodies. Sensors detecting positions of the mobile bodies are provided at the pitch not more than the length of the secondary side member, and a controller controlling the primary side members by position signals from the sensors are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
