PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for switching a network. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device that can switch a connection destination enterpriser, has: an enterpriser determining part that determines whether or not a switching destination enterpriser selected by a user is different from a switching source enterpriser; and a position registration controller that makes an initial position registration request to the switching destination enterpriser when the enterpriser determining part determines that the switching destination enterpriser is different from the switching source enterpriser.
