PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance and small monitoring camera by which compatibility between improvement in heat dissipation performance and maintenance of miniaturization is obtained. SOLUTION: The monitoring camera is constituted so that heat is transmitted directly from circuit boards to a case 1, and directly diffused from the case 1 to the outer air by adjacently arranging each of three circuit boards, the circuit boards 10-12 on which circuits with much heat generation are loaded in parallel with inner wall surfaces of a top frame 1T, a bottom frame 1B, and a front frame 1F of the case 1, and interposing heat transfer sheets 14, 15 between them.
