PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress an electrostatic offset, even when a toner image up to the end of a transfer material is formed in forming a non-margin image. SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus, among time zones where a non-margin mode is executed, when the time zone including a time zone where the top end of a recording material exists in a nip portion and not including a time zone where the bottom end of the recording material exists in the nip portion is denoted as T1, the time zone including the time zone where the bottom end of the recording material exists in the nip portion and not overlapping with the time zone T1 is denoted as T2, the time zone except the time zone T1 and the time zone T2 is denoted as T3(T4), and further, voltages applied to a fixing member 110 by a power supply 130 in the time zone T1, the time zone T2, and the time zone T3(T4) are denoted as a first voltage, a second voltage, and a third voltage, respectively, a power supply controller 131 controls the power supply 130 so that the absolute value of the first voltage is larger than the absolute value of the third voltage, and the absolute value of the second voltage is larger than the absolute value of the third voltage.
