PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver capable of cooling the louver whose temperature has become high with solar radiation and making effective use of the heat of the louver. SOLUTION: The louver 10 includes a louver body 11 having a plate-like part 12 disposed on the radiation side of sunshine, and a liquid feed pipe 13 piped on the back face side of the plate-like part 12. The liquid feed pipe 13 is composed of a metal pipe piped in a state of abutting on the back face of the plate-like part 12.
