PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of changing the setting of the flow-down direction of a game ball guided by a ball flow-down conversion member and changing the flow-down form of the game ball which has collided with the ball flow-down conversion member. SOLUTION: A conversion turning part 22 includes a turning shaft 28, a ball guiding part 29, and a conversion side magnetic body 31. A stop regulation mechanism 23 includes a swing part 35, a weight member 38, and a locking projection 39. A regulation side magnetic body 41 is arranged at the locking projection 39. A conversion member base part 21 is provided with a pair of locking receiving parts 44. When the conversion turning part 22 is turned, the swing part 35 is swung to lock the locking projection 39 to one of the locking receiving parts 44. In the locked state, the regulation side magnetic body 41 and the conversion side magnetic body 31 are attracted to regulate the stop posture of the conversion turning part 22. The stop posture of the ball guiding part 29 regulated in the state of locking the locking projection 39 and one locking receiving part 44 and the stop posture of the ball guiding part 29 regulated in the state of locking the locking projection 39 and the other locking receiving part 44 are made different.
