PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount eaves, when a roof tent is pitched for avoiding rain or sunshine, for expanding a space under the roof. SOLUTION: Extensible and contractible eaves frames are mounted to frames of a conventional roof tent and a sheet is stretched on the frames extended parallel to the ground, whereby eaves for increasing the space under the roof can be set up without using columns. The angles of the frames can be adjusted according to fine or rainy weather. The angle of the center of the eaves is raised on a fine day, so as to secure a shade portion and to let air through. On a rainy day, the rain can be prevented from blowing in and the rainwater can be efficiently dropped down and discharged only from a fixed position of the front of the eaves so as not to form a rain pool on the sheet.
