PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light extraction member reduced in blur between pixels, an organic EL element including the light extraction member, a method for manufacturing the organic EL element, and to provide a method for manufacturing the organic EL element capable of reducing damage to the element without causing the deterioration of light extraction efficiency, and reducing the blur between the pixels. SOLUTION: The light extraction member includes a light extraction-side substrate, a color filter layer, and a lens member. The organic element includes the light extraction member.
