PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a flowmeter to installed piping later when measuring an air flow for each of machine power terminals of a press machine, a molding machine or the like in a factory. SOLUTION: A conduit to be measured is parted to insert a flow measuring unit 1 into a parted part. The flow measuring unit 1 is comprised of first piping 2 where the parted conduit is replaced and a flowmeter 3 is provided, second piping 5 that is branched from the first piping 2 and disposed in parallel so that it may bypass the front and the rear of the flowmeter 3, and valves 61, 62 and 7 for switching air paths, and a flexible tube 29 is used to make a part of the first piping 2 have flexibility. Therefore, the flexibility of the flexible tube 29 is used to easily insert the flow measuring unit. When measurement is unnecessary or the flowmeter 3 is necessary to be maintained for clogging or the like, the second piping 5 is used to supply (operate) air as usual. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
