PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication structure of a driving force transmission device capable of restraining the deterioration in fuel economy, by reducing agitating resistance of a gear, by sufficiently supplying oil to an oil supply object part, regardless of the size of driving force and a traveling state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This lubrication structure includes an oil supply passage 81 for communicating between a bottom part 32a of a casing 31 positioned below a liquid level of the oil O just under a ring gear 63 of an input shaft 61 and a sliding part S between the casing 31 and a propeller shaft 17, and supplies the oil O stored in the bottom part 32a to the sliding part S arranged above the liquid level of the oil O via the oil supply passage 81 by using centrifugal force when the ring gear 63 rotates.
