PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portal frame and a center truck, which transport residual concrete falling on a work place of the portal frame, from the portal frame so that the residual concrete does not hinder work. SOLUTION: The portal frame 20 is constructed by supporting a frame that forms a placing space for placing concrete, to a wall surface of an excavated tunnel through a frame support, and connecting a plurality of portal posts 21 arranged at spaces from one another in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. The portal frame includes a transport apparatus 45 for transporting the residual concrete which is the residue produced in placing concrete and falling on the work place 35 provided between the portal posts 21, to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the portal frame 20.
