A medical information management system (1) comprises a central management device (10) which retains a plurality of kinds of center-side medical information, and a terminal-side management device (30a) which is capable of communicating with the central management device and independently retains a plurality of kinds of terminal-side medical information (41a) separately from the central management device, wherein the terminal management device comprises an acquisition information selection unit (51) for selecting the center-side medical information acquired from the central management device, a medical information replacement unit (54) for replacing center-side medical information selected by the acquisition information selection unit with the terminal-side medical information (41a) corresponding to the center-side medical information, and a modification prohibition unit (52) by which a modification process of the center-side medical information which has been replaced by the medical information replacement unit is prohibited.</p> |
