A rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition contains (in wt.%) graft copolymer (A) (10-40) and thermoplastic copolymer (B) (60-90). The component (A) contains diene rubber polymer (40-80), aromatic vinyl monomer (5-50), and mixture (5-40) of vinyl cyanide monomer and (meth)acrylate monomer. The diene rubber polymer comprises thermoplastic seed copolymer (5-30) and diene-type monomer (70-95). The thermoplastic seed copolymer comprises aromatic vinyl monomer (20-80), mixture (10-70) of vinyl cyanide monomer and (meth)acrylate monomer, and diene-type monomer (10-60).
