PURPOSE: An external use composition and cosmetic composition containing rrhGM-CSF is provided to treat acne skin and wound. CONSTITUTION: An external use composition contains genus Oryza-derived recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(rrhGM-CSF) as an active ingredient. The external use composition for wound healing is used in the form of ointment, cream, or lotion. The composition additionally contains stearyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, glycerin, ethanol, or paraoxy butyl benzoate. A cosmetic composition for treating acne contains the rrhGM-CSF. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of lotion, emulsion, cream, pack, or cosmetic liquid.
