<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform repair even when processing related with introduction of a license of a program fails in the middle. <P>SOLUTION: A license introduction support device includes: a means for accepting the introduction request of a license whose license identifier is designated; a means for accepting the designation of electronic equipment at the introduction destination of a license; a means for designating the license identifier, and for acquiring a license file corresponding to the license identifier from a license management device, and for recording the license file in association with the electronic equipment at the introduction destination in the storage means; a means for transmitting the license file through a network to the electronic equipment of the introduction destination, and for recording information showing the success/failure of the introduction in the storage means; and a means for, when it is determined that the introduction has failed on the basis of the storage means, making the display means display the screen showing that the introduction has failed, and for re-executing the transmission of the license file in response to the input based on the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
