<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection membrane which suppresses surface reflection by forming minute holes at its surface. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the antireflection membrane includes: a step (S105) of forming a composite material by dispersing solvent-soluble nano-sized inorganic material particulates in a solvent-insoluble organic resin material; a step (S106) of forming the composite material to a film-shape on an optical device surface; and a step (S109) of dissolving and removing the inorganic material particulates by immersing the film-shaped composite material in the solvent and forming the antireflection membrane with formed minute holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
